General Refund Guidelines
Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below. By enrolling in our programs or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Course and Training Fees
Cancellation Before Course Start Date: A full refund (100%) will be provided if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the course start date.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Course Start: A 50% refund will be provided if the request is made within 7 days before the course begins.
After Course Commencement: No refunds will be provided once the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), subject to management approval.
Non-attendance: Failure to attend a course without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
Internship Programs
Internship programs are non-refundable once a participant has started the program.
If an intern decides to withdraw before the program begins, a full refund will be issued.
Digital Products and Services
Fees for online materials, e-books, and software provided by CCT are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
In case of technical issues preventing access, CCT will provide a replacement or alternative support.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
Refunds due to billing errors will be processed within 7 business days upon verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
Any bank or transaction fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds requested due to exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness, unforeseen emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be required.
